HADDENHAM

Haddenham is a village and civil parish in west Buckinghamshire. It is approximately 5 miles (8 km) south-west of Aylesbury and 4 miles (6 km) north-east of Thame in neighbouring Oxfordshire. Haddenham is referenced in the Domesday Book records of 1086 and recorded as the manor of Hedreham, a misspelling of Hedenham from which the current name is derived.
The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin was built about 1215.

Haddenham village is surrounded by countryside and is well known for its ponds, traditional breeding grounds for the legendary Aylesbury Duck.
There are numerous country walks within a 10-minute radius from the business centre along with a large number of local amenities.
Haddenham village has a major claim to fame, having appeared in a Hollywood blockbuster. The second Muppet film… “The Great Muppet Caper” features a host of key characters like Kermit and Fozzie Bear landing in Haddenham’s Church End pond!
The duck pond is clearly stage struck for cartoon characters, as it was also recently used as a backdrop for an advert featuring the Thunderbirds.

The M40 arterial motorway, the M40, provides easy road access to London, or all points further west and north. Oxford town centre is also easily accessible by road, or, via a bus service.
